I decided to forego the smoothie for breakfast and will have it later today. I had 2 hard boiled eggs, my favorite cottage cheese, pineapple and black olive salad over organic greens, a side of cantaloupe and a glass of organic grape juice. Yum! I'm Back-on-Track!
Off to the Studio to fit in a little workout now! A nice Z-Health warm up and a Great Abs/Quads/Glutes Workout today with my TransFIRMer.
Then back home for a light lunch of Shrimp Cocktail and a beautiful salad with some sparkling pink lemonade. I only went to the grocery store once in the past week for the main ingredients I needed for the week. I did make a second trip for some additional greens, but that was about it. Time to plan ahead and make another trip today or tomorrow.

Dinner was prepared for me on the grill: a healthier version of the sausages that I cooked, these were hot turkey sausages and were very good. They were accompanied by sautéed onions and peppers, Asian Salad and potato chips. I had one spoonful of chocolate walnut ice cream to quiet my sweet tooth! ;-)
